Our first product

Cart recovery by text

A WordPress plugin and a hosted platform that text shoppers who leave at checkout, by iMessage or SMS. When they reply, an assistant answers from the store's own shipping, payment and returns facts, offers a code within the store's limit, or hands the conversation to a person.

  • Only texts shoppers who agreed at checkout, with quiet hours and STOP handled.

Careful with live stores

A store that takes orders all day can't be a test bench. Every change follows the same four steps.

  1. Find the cause

    We trace a problem to the exact line, setting or plugin behind it before changing anything.

  2. Build on staging

    The change is built on a copy of the store, with emails, payments and tracking switched off.

  3. Prove it works

    We test it the way a customer would: real carts, real checkouts, on phone and desktop.

  4. Go live, with a way back

    Only with your go-ahead, with a backup taken first and a written note of what changed.

Questions stores ask us

Do I pay extra for your plugins?

No. Our own plugins come with your project at no extra cost, instead of a yearly fee for each one. Setting one up for your store is part of the project work.

Which platforms do you work on?

Mostly WordPress and WooCommerce. We also work on other e-commerce platforms, and we build custom software from scratch when that is the better fit.

Will you change my live store directly?

No. We build and test on a staging copy first, and only move a change to the live store when you say so, with a backup taken beforehand.

How do you price work?

Fixed quotes for defined projects and an hourly rate for open-ended work and support. You see the price before anything starts.

Can you take over work someone else started?

Yes. We read what is already there first, keep what works, and tell you plainly what needs changing and why.
